Established in 1992, PrivatBank is the leader in Ukrainian banking. According to market research carried out by Gfk Ukraine in the fourth quarter of 2015, 40,2% of individual clients considered us as their main bank. This percentage exceeded the total percentages of the next twenty-five banks in the Gfk ranking. This index made up 28,4% for corporate clients.

PrivatBank is one of the world's most innovative banks. Over ten years ago the Bank was among the first banks that started using one-time SMS passwords. Mr. Olexandr DUBILET
  Mr. Dubilet joined PrivatBank in 1992. Before being named Chair of the Bank's Board in 1997 he held the position of First Deputy Chairman from 1994-1997.

Mr. Dubilet has extensive professional experience in finance and management and has 21 years of successful experience in banking. In 2000 he defended his candidate for sciences’ thesis "Strategic planning in transition economies for commercial banks" at Ukrainian National Metallurgical Academy.

Olexandr Dubilet " was named as “National Person of the Year" in 2003 and as "Ukrainian Financier of the Year" in 2004.

Mr. Iurii PIKUSH
  Mr. Pikush is responsible for the "Development of Regional Network" and "Finance and Risks".

He has worked in PrivatBank since 1992. He has been filling the position of General Deputy Chairman since 2002. Prior to that he headed the Development and Investment Division, and was Deputy Chair on Credit Policy, and Treasury Head. Iurii has more than 20 years of experience in banking. In 2006 he defended his candidate for sciences’ thesis: "Management of banking competitiveness in the context of financial liberalisation" at Dnipropetrovsk National University, in 2007 he defended his candidate for sciences’ thesis on "Finance, money circulation and credit" at the Banking Academy of Ukrainian National Bank.

Ms. Liubov CHMONA,    Liubov joined PrivatBank in 1995. Her career began as the main specialist in the Credit and Investment division, and was appointed as Head of Department for Industrial and Commercial VIP-Clients. In 2002 she became Deputy Chairman of the Bank’s Board – Head of Business Budgeting for industrial and commercial enterprises. Liubov has more than 18 years of experience in banking.

Mr. Dmytro DUBILET,    Mr. Dubilet has been working at PrivatBank since 2000. He was self-employed with his own business in the IT-sector from 2005 – 2009. He held the position of Deputy Chairman of PrivatBank's Board – Head of the Public Relations Division from 2011-2013. In 2013, Dmytro was appointed as Deputy Chairman of PrivatBank's Board – Head of the Information Technology Division.

Mr. Oleg GOROKHOVSKIY,   Mr. Gorokhovskiy joined PrivatBank in 1997. He has worked in the Forex Board, Correspondent Relations Department, headed the Office of Interbank Transactions, and also headed the Office of Corporate Credit Business. In 2002 he took up a position as Head of the Individual VIP-Client Services Business – and was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Bank’s Board in September 2004. He has been responsible for the Credit Cards Division since March 2008. Oleg has more than 16 years of experience in banking.

Ms. Tetiana GURIEVA   Tetiana has worked in PrivatBank since 1992. Her career began as an expert in the credit department. In 1994 she was appointed as Head of the Personal Banking Services Department, and in 1998 she became Head of the VIP-Services. In 2000 she was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Bank’s Board. She has been the Head of the Client Service Business since 2002. Tetiana has more than 20 years of experience in banking.

Ms. Liubov KOROTINA,    Liubov joined PrivatBank in 1992. She took up the position as Chief Accountant of PrivatBank in March 1994. Prior to that she had worked as Deputy Chief Accountant. Before joining PrivatBank she was Deputy Chief Accountant of the "Dnipro" Bank. Liubov has more than 20 years of experience in banking.

Mr. Vadim KOVALYOV,    Mr. Kovalyov joined PrivatBank in 1993. In the beginning of his career he worked in the Plastic Card Department, was appointed as the Head of Processing Center and then as the Head of Plastic Card Department. In 2000, he moved to Moscomprivatbank as the Deputy Chairman and later as the First Deputy Chairman of the Board.

In 2008, Vadim headed the newly created Risk-Management Directorate. In 2014 he was appointed as the Deputy Chairman of the Board.

Mr. Kovalyov has more than 22 years of experience in banking.

Mr. Stanislav KRYZHANOVSKYY   Mr. Kryzhanovskyy joined PrivatBank in May 2009. He has 4 years of experience in banking. In 1999 he received the State award of "Order For Merits" III Degree, and in 2004 – the Danilo Halitsky Order.

Education: Kryvyi Rih Institute of Mining (Industrial and civil engineering), Ukrainian State Law Academy.

Mr. Roman NEGYNSKYI,    Mr. Negynskyi joined PrivatBank in 1997. His career began as an expert in the microcredit programme and in 1999 he became Head of the microcredit programme. He was appointed Deputy head of the retail business in 2001, and worked as Head in 2002. In 2008 he was appointed Head of Business to work with commercial enterprises. He became Deputy Chairman of the Bank’s Board – Head of Business to work with commercial enterprises this year (2014). Roman has more than 18 years of experience in banking.

Mr. Timur NOVIKOV   Mr. Novikov has been working in PrivatBank since 1995. He has held the position of the Deputy Chairman of the Bank’s Board – Head of Investment Banking since 1999. He has been the First Deputy Chairman of the Bank’s Board – Head of Investment Division- since 2004. Timur has more than 18 years of experience in banking.

Ms. Liudmyla SHMALCHENKO   In 1994 Liudmyla joined PrivatBank as Chief on Analysis and Planning of exchange reserves and mortgage transactions. In 1997 she was appointed as Head of Bureau and, in 2000, as Head of Department. She has been Director of Treasury since 2002. In 2005, Lyudmila was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Bank’s Board – the Treasury Head. Liudmyla has more than 18 years of experience in banking.

Mr. Igor TEROKHIN,    Igor joined PrivatBank in 1993. His career began as an accountant in the Clearing Department. In 2003 he was appointed as Head of the Financial Monitoring Department. Igor has more than 20 years of experience in banking.

Mr. Oleksandr VITYAZ,    Mr. Vityaz joined PrivatBank in 1996. He has held a position as Centre Head for e-Business since 2002. Prior to that he worked as Head of Plastic Cards Department. Oleksandr has more than 16 years of experience in banking.

Mr. Volodymyr YATSENKO   Mr. Yatsenko has been working in PrivatBank since 1995. In1998 he was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Board. He has been filling the position of First Deputy Chairman of the Bank’s Board – Head of Corporate Business- since November 2004. He has held the position of the First Deputy Chairman of Bank’s Board – Head of Corporate VIP-Client Business and the United Credit Centre since April 2010. He has been First Deputy Chairman of the Bank’s Board – Head of the Corporate VIP-Client Business since 2011. Volodymyr has more than 18 years of experience in banking.
