How do I know that a payment has been made?

After the payment is made, an SMS message is sent to your mobile phone. If necessary, you can order a confirmation of payment.

How easy is it to deactivate a regular payment?

You can deactivate the "Regular Payments" service for your card at the Bank's branch, in Privat24 via the "Calendar" menu or by calling PrivatBank at 3700.

What will happen if at the time of the regular payment there is not enough money on the customer's card?

If on the day of debiting the regular payment there is not enough money on the card, the cash-limit has been exceeded, etc., the second attempt of debiting will be in three days. If this attempt is also unsuccessful, then in 5 days the third attempt of debiting will be made.

What do I do if I need a payment receipt?

A payment receipt can be obtained:
  • in Privat24 (menu «All services» → «Services» → «Service of receipts (Order a receipt)»);
  • set the sending of receipts to e-mail (when creating a payment or editing an existing one)
  • by using SST.
Attention! Receipts are available no sooner than 5 days after successful payment.

Who can be a recipient of a regular payment?

Any individuals or legal entities (regardless of the bank in which their accounts or cards are opened) can be recipients of regular payments.

What should I do if an organization that receives a regular payment against an invoice sent debits more than I must pay to it?

When arranging a Regular Payments service against an invoice sent, you can specify the maximum amount that can be debited by the receiving organization.

If the requested amount exceeds the specified amount, the payment will be made for the amount indicated as the maximum amount.

You can challenge the amount of the request by contacting the organization to which your payment is set.
