I lost my phone. What shall I do?

  1. On icloud.com set status "lost" (lost mode).
  2. Lock the card by phone number 3700.
  3. After locking the card on device, you can continue to use a physical card.

How to activate a card in the Wallet?

Via Privat24:

  1. update Privat24 on your iPhone;
  2. choose a card in Privat24 and click “Add Card to Apple Pay”. You will be switched to the Wallet;
  3. choose iPhone, Apple Watch or iPad;
  4. additional authorization may be needed. If everything is ok, the card will be automatically activated.

On iPhone:

  1. enter the Wallet on your iPhone;
  2. press button “+” to add the card;
  3. scan the card or manually enter its number;
  4. confirm the action in Privat24 or by entering OTP password.

On Apple Watch via iPhone:

  1. enter the Watch on your iPhone;
  2. select “Wallet and Apple Pay”;
  3. click “Add Payment Card”;
  4. scan card or manually enter its number;
  5. confirm the action in Privat24 or by entering OTP password.

Via MacBook Pro add to iPhone:

  1. enter “Settings”;
  2. click “Add Card”;
  3. scan the card or manually enter its number;
  4. confirm the action in Privat24 or by entering OTP password.

Via iPad add to iPhone:

  1. enter “Settings”;
  2. click “Add Card”;
  3. scan the card or manually enter its number;
  4. confirm the action in Privat24 or by entering OTP password.

Will a fee is charged for Apple Pay?

No, there is no fee.

Can you add another bank card?

No, but for clients of other banks we have made a prepaid card. Issuance without documents, only registration in Privat24. Prepaid card provides an access to main functions of Privat24 and long-awaited Apple Pay.

How to set up Apple Watch?

  1. Open Apple Watch on iPhone and choose “My Watch” tab. If you have more than one, select one of them.
  2. Click “Wallet and Apple Pay”.
  3. To add a new card, click “Add Payment Card”. If there is an inquiry for a card you used in iTunes, cards from other devices or deleted cards, select them and then enter security codes of these cards.
  4. Click “Next”. If the bank or issuer of the card needs additional information to verify the card, he will request it.
  5. Return to “Wallet and Apple Pay” menu and click on the card.
  6. After card verification click "Next".

Number of devices on which one card can be added?

Limit - 20 devices for Mastercard, 99 for VISA.

Number of cards per device?

iPhone X and Watch Series 3 support up to 12 cards, the rest – 8.

What to do if Apple Pay does not work:

  1. choose the region – Ukraine;
  2. update version iOS 11;
  3. check the Internet, without it the card will not be added (but it is not required for payments);
  4. log in iCloud;
  5. set password or Touch ID

Why is the design of my card different from that of the card in the Wallet?

The design may vary, but Apple Pay does not affect the work.

Does Bonus + and other bonus programs work with Apple Pay?

No.

What will happen if the card is lost?

No matter! But you have to block the card immediately. You may do so via Privat24 in the menu “My Accounts – Card/Account Management – Card Blocking” or by calling 3700 (free of charge).

When the card is blocked, you will be notified in Privat24 or by email.

The blocked card will remain in Wallet Apple Pay, but it will not be active for payments. After reissuing the card, please add it again to the Wallet, and remove the blocked one.
