This number consists of 12 digits,

What currency can be used for sending and receiving Hazri transfer?
Hazri transfers can be sent and received in USD, EUR.
In what language should data about recipient be indicated when sending a transfer?
All data about recipient must be in Latin characters.

How can a customer change data about recipient?
The recipient's name can be changed.
The transfer can be changed:

How to receive and send transfer at PrivatBank branch
Sending:
Step 1. Visit any PrivatBank branch.
Step 2. Report data for sending transfer.
Step 3. Pay the transfer amount and sending fee to the cashier.
Step 4. Receive an application with reference number and notify the recipient of transfer.
If transfer amount exceeds the equivalent of UAH 150,000, it is required to open a current account and provide additional documents.
Receiving:
Step 1. Apply to the Bank employee.
Step 2. Report transfer details: Hazri money transfer system, reference number, amount, currency, sender's name and country of sending.
Step 3. Get money on your card or at cashier’s office.
Transfers are paid without any additional fees.
How to receive and send transfer via Privat24
Sending:
Step 1. Log in Privat24 (www.privat24.ua).
Step 2. Select “Transfers” → “Send Transfer” in tab “All Services”.
Step 3. Select the country where you want to send transfer, transfer currency and enter the amount.
Step 4. Select transfer system → Hazri
Step 5. Complete boxes that are required by transfer system.
Step 6. Select the card from which you want to make a transfer.
Step 7. Confirm money transfer. Transfer has been sent!
You can check it in menu “Transfers” → “Archive of Transfers”.
Receiving:
Step 1. Log in Privat24 (www.privat24.ua).
Step 2. Select “Transfers” → “Receive Transfers” → “Hazri” in tab “All Services”.
Step 3. Enter transfer reference number.
Step 4. Select the card to which you want to receive the transfer.
Step 5. Transfer has been made!
You can check it in menu “Transfers” → “Archive of Transfers”.
How to receive and send transfer by calling 3700
Sending:
Step 1. Call 3700.
Step 2. Contact an operator (zero in tone dialing mode after language selection)
Step 3. Report an operator all necessary data for making transfer.
Step 4. Report an operator OTP password you have received to your mobile phone.
Step 5. Wait until an operator confirms successful debiting from the card.
Receiving:
Step 1. Call 3700.
Step 2. Contact an operator (zero in tone dialing mode after language selection).
Step 3. Report an operator all necessary data to receive the transfer.
Step 4. Report an operator to what card you want to credit money transfer.
Step 5. Wait until an operator confirms successful crediting to the card.
