In 2017, state-owned PrivatBank was the leader of the Ukrainian banking market in terms of corporate deposit portfolio growth. According to the Bank, in the first quarter of 2017 the deposit portfolio of legal entities increased by UAH 5.5 billion (up to UAH 19.5 billion) due to implementation of a new online deposit with more flexible fund placement terms.

"Today, more than 90% of our corporate clients are serviced entirely through Privat24, so the bank offered the market a completely new online format of placing funds with flexible terms and rates, - says Oleh Serheyev, First Deputy Chairman of the Bank’s Board. - The leader in portfolio growth is a new deposit for corporate clients "Weekly Plus" - a short-term deposit with a possibility of deposit replenishment, prolongation and a differentiated rate.”

Corporate clients and entrepreneurs can place money on "Weekly Plus" through the Bank’s website or the Privat24 application. The deposit can be placed for a period of seven days, the rate is increased by 1% per annum every week, after the expiration of 30 days - at 2% per annum (from the extension date). Since May 4, the base rate for placement of funds under the "Weekly Plus" program is 7% per annum.
