PrivatBank announces changes in the composition of the Management Board

On February 18, 2019 the Supervisory Board accepted the resignation of Alexander Dreling, a member of the Management Board of PrivatBank on IT. Mr. Dreling joined PrivatBank's team in 2016 during the nationalization of the Bank, when the priority task was to stabilize the Bank's IT systems and ensure the continuity of operational activities of the country's largest financial institution.

The Supervisory Board and the Management Board of PrivatBank are grateful to Alexander Dreling for effective and successful work.

Andriy Hrytseniuk will become a new member of PrivatBank Management Board on IT.
