SWIFT payments are perfect for transferring funds in foreign currency from foreign shipping companies, as well as for money transfers from relatives or friends.

What to do if a shipping company sends a transfer to the wrong banking details, and now the transfer currency does not match the currency of the card?

In respect to SWIFT transfers, the currency of the transfer must match the currency of the card. If the currencies of the SWIFT transfer and the card don't match, the money shall be credited * to the customer's technical (virtual) account.

* The rule only applies to USD, EUR and RUB.

Step 2. Inform the shipping company of details of your supplementary Gold card with your photo to receive money earned on the voyage. New details will differ from the details of the lost card only by the card number.

Situation 2. Your card which is credited with the money earned on the voyage and a supplementary Gold card with your photo have been lost or stolen. A supplementary card is issued in the name of an authorized person.

Step 2. Contact the shipping company and ask them to pay you money to a supplementary card of your authorized person. New details will differ from the details of the lost card by the card number and full name of a recipient (your authorized person).

If I pay by card abroad, then at the rate of what day will the currency be converted??

Currency conversion will be carried out at the rate of the day when you made the purchase (the rate will be indicated in the SMS that you will receive when paying by card).
