Electronic currency: input and output of your funds

PrivatBank clients are able to top up PayPal accounts using a bank card, as well as to transfer money from their accounts to any card issued by PrivatBank.

PayPal is a first rate electronic payment system being used for settlements 164 million clients all over the world. In Ukraine PayPal is a popular instrument for payment of purchases in foreign Internet-stores. You can connect one or some bank cards issued by PrivatBank to PayPal Payment System in order to pay for your purchases on the Internet.

1. Open the Privat24 and pass to the item "My Accounts", select the proper card.
2. In the menu "Card/account control" select "Limit" of the Internet payment.
3. Indicate the required amount of the Internet-limit in currency of the card in the field "New Limit". Choose term of limit action(month or day).

1. Enter the site www.PayPal.com and click “Sign Up” in the upper-right corner.
2. Select "Ukraine" in the field "Your country", and enter your email and password for logging in.
3. Fill in the form fields: first name, last name (with Latin symbols), date of birth, address, nationality, phone number; read the User Agreement conditions and the Privacy Policy.
4. Enter the number, expiration date and the CVV-code of the card you will use to pay for purchases and click “Add Card”, having preliminarily set its limit for Internet payments in your Privat24.
5. 1 USD will be automatically blocked on your card for the solvency check, which will be returned within several minutes.
6. Click "Go to your account".
7. Select the card appearing in the list of the cards available.
8. Click "Confirm Credit Card". 1.95 USD will be automatically charged to confirm the card solvency. A special 4-digit code will be generated during that withdrawal, which can be found in the statement.
9. Enter that code and click "Confirm".
10. Done! Your card has been confirmed and you can now make purchases (the withdrawn amount will be returned within several days).
