  • in the menu item "Properties"/"Advanced"/"Security" select "Do not save encrypted pages to disk."

Step 2. Confirm the transaction with the password sent to your mobile phone. Within 3 minutes the application will be processed, the card will be added.

To change the inactive number, contact the "Online Help" chat and tell the operator that you need to change your login. Specify that the old phone number is inactive.

Is it safe to use Wi-Fi in places to work with Privat24?

Absolutely! The application encrypts the data transmitted to the bank and received from the bank servers. Your accounts and money on them are always safe.

What do I do if my phone with installed Privat24 is stolen?

Even after stealing your phone, the criminal will not be able to steal your money - it is required to enter a password from Privat24 to log in the application. If you have recently launched the application, then in case of closure or inactivity on your part it will automatically log out of your account and ask again for the password.
Remember: you must inform PrivatBank employees about the loss of your phone! You can do it by calling 3700. Since your number is used for banking operations, we will temporarily disable the receipt of orders from it. As soon as you restore your number, inform the bank about it.

How to register in Privat24 application?

You can register on the website www.privat24.ua or directly through the application by clicking «Registration» on the home screen.

Can I use Privat24 application if I'm not registered with Privat24?

Yes! You can use any credit card to top up a mobile account by specifying the number yourself or selecting it from the phone book. The basic SMS-banking commands are also available before entering the login and password. You can see all the functions of the app by clicking "Demo" on the login screen. You need to register to manage your accounts.

Can I use Privat24 application to contact the bank employee?

If upon the reissue the card number remains unchanged, a new registration is not required.

What types of payments can I make by phone?

What details do I need to provide for a transfer to an account in another Ukrainian bank?

- details of the recipient: account number, EDRPOU, bank code, name;

Why is the recipient's phone number required?

The phone number of the recipient is optional. It is required in case you want to send an SMS to the recipient about the payment made to him/her. The cost of this service is UAH 0.4.

Are there any limits on the amount of payments by phone?

You can make a payment for any amount.

How can I feel certain that the employee of the bank will do everything correctly and will not send payment to the wrong details?

The password and payment information are sent only to your mobile phone. The message will contain the details and amount of payment, so before you tell the password to the operator you can check everything.

Can I receive a payment confirmation in hard copy?

The payment confirmation is its display in the statement. If necessary, you can print out the payment order at a branch of the bank.

Is it safe to make payments by phone?

Even if your authorized representative calls the customer support, the password and payment information will be sent only to your mobile number put into the bank's database. If your phone is stolen, the attacker will not be able to use your money on a bank account. We do not disclose all the technology, but we guarantee the security of payments.

What should I do if I lose my mobile phone?

In case of loss or theft of your mobile phone, you should immediately notify the bank about this fact. Payment by Phone service will be blocked for your phone number.
