How to receive and to send a transfer in PrivatBank branch?

Delivery:

Step 1. Show your PrivatBank card or passport or IN card for identification.

Step 2. Provide information for transfer.

Step 3. Deposit amount of transfer and transfer fee via the counter.

Step 4. Receive control number of transaction from a bank officer and provide this number, transaction amount and currency, country of delivery, your first name and last name to the receiver.

The funds are available for receipt immediately after control number assignment.

For transfer of amount exceeding UAH150,000 opening a current account and additional documents provision shall be required.


Receipt:

Step 1. Turn to the bank officer. Show your PrivatBank card or passport or IN card for identification.

Step 2. Provide the transaction details: funds transferring system - MoneyGram, the control number, amount and currency of funds to be received, the sender's full name and delivery country.

Step 3. Receive money to your card or at the counter.

Funds transferred shall be paid without additional fees.

How to receive and send money using Privat24?

Sending:

Step 1. Log in to Privat24 (www.privat24.ua).

Step 2. Select in the tab page “All services” a menu item "Transfers " → "Send transfer".

Step 3. Select the country where you want to send the transfer, the currency of the transfer and enter the amount.

Step 4. Choose a money transfer system → "MoneyGram".

Step 5. Fill in the fields that the transfer system requires.

Step 6. Select the card from which you want to make a transfer.

Step 7. Confirm the transfer of money. Transfer sent!

Receipt:

Step 1. Log in to Privat24 (www.privat24.ua).

Step 2. Select in the tab page “All services” a menu item "Transfers " → "MoneyGram".

Step 5. Done. Your transfer has been sent. Receive the tracking number of the transfer, which must be notified to the recipient. You can print a check.
