A new payment by installments service has been launched in the popular Viber messenger in Ukraine. Using a “Payment by parts” bot, PrivatBank customers will be able to take out the desired amount as a loan directly in the messenger, and also find products for which there is an interest-free program.

“Viber payments by installments for any purchases can be obtained in a minute without paperwork or visiting the Bank”, – said Yevhen Vasyltsov, PrivatBank Head of Cooperation with Retail Companies.

The new Bank service is available to all PrivatBank cardholders. To use the bot, you just need to select the public account "Payment by installments" in the search field of the messenger and click on the desired operation. Using a bot, you can find out the available limit of the services “Payment by installments” and “Instant installments”, take out a loan, obtain information about already executed contracts and receive news about retail networks’ offers.

PrivatBank is the first Ukrainian bank that has launched a service of payments by installments and of receiving information about loan agreements via chats of the most popular messengers – Facebook, Telegram and Viber.
