Following the results of the open competition, PrivatBank’s Supervisory Board has appointed Larysa Chernyshova as the Deputy Chairperson of the Board (Chief Finance Officer). Mrs. Chernyshova will assume the role of CFO starting September 1, 2024.

Larysa Chernyshova joined the leadership team of PrivatBank in 2017 and has successfully served as a member of the Management Board responsible for risk management (CRO) since 2018. She has 28 years of experience in senior positions within the financial sector, including roles in international banking groups.

With a strong background in risk management and strategic decision-making Larysa Chernyshova is well-positioned to lead the financial operations of the bank and drive financial performance. In her role as CFO, Larysa Chernyshova will oversee budgeting, strategic financial planning and analysis, to drive the Bank’s financial performance and growth.
