Authorities to Issue Powers of Attorney

If you wish to grant access to a third party to make transactions on your behalf, you need to provide the bank with a notarial power of attorney. For various types of transactions we would also recommend using the texts of authorities given below.

Granting the right to Dispose of Funds on the Account:

  • the right to represent the trustee’s interests in banking institutions;
  • the right to dispose accounts, the right to dispose of funds;
  • the right to dispose accounts; the right to open and close the accounts;
  • the right to obtain documents, statements, certificates and information containing banking secrecy of the trustee;
  • the right to submit applications to the bank;
  • the right to sign documents on behalf of the trustee.
