What does the control number of the RIA transfer look like?

The control number may consist of digits and letters and contains of 6 to 14 characters.

In what currency can a transfer be sent and received from RIA?

Loans in US dollars and EUR.

In which language is recipient information to be specified when sending a transfer?

All data on the recipient is to be indicated in the Latin letters.

During what period of time is the transfer of RIA available for payment?

Transfers are available within 30 calendar days. On the 31st day, transfers are returned to the sender and are available for return to the sender.

What is the minimum / maximum amount you via the RIA transfer system can be sent?

The minimum transfer amount is 1 USD / 1 EUR;
the maximum transfer amount is 10,000 USD / 7000 EUR (here, if the NBU restrictions in equivalent are less than the specified amount, you can send the amount regulated by the NBU).

How to receive and to send a transfer in PrivatBank branch?

Delivery:

Step 1. Show your PrivatBank card or passport or IN card for identification.

Step 2. Give the first name and the last name of a receiver, country of receiver and amount an currency of transfer

Step 3. Deposit amount of transfer and transfer fee via the counter.

Step 4. Receive control number of transaction from a bank officer and provide this number, transaction amount and currency, country of delivery, your first name and last name to the receiver.

The funds are available for receipt immediately after control number assignment.

For transfer of amount exceeding UAH150,000 opening a current account and additional documents provision shall be required.

Receipt:

Step 1. Show your PrivatBank card or passport or IN card for identification.

Step 2. Provide your control number of transaction, the sender's first name and last name, delivery country and transaction amount.

Step 3. Receive money to your card or at the counter.

Funds transferred shall be paid without additional fees.

How to receive and send money using Privat24?

Sending:

Step 1. Log in to Privat24 (www.privat24.ua).

Step 2. Select in a tab page “All services” a menu item "Transfers" → "Send a transfer".

Step 3. Select the country where you want to send the transfer, the currency of the transfer and enter the amount.

Step 4. Choose the transfer system → "RIA"

Step 5. Fill in the fields that the transfer system requires.

Step 6. Select the card with which you want to make a transfer.

Step 7. Confirm the transfer of money. Transfer is sent!

You can check it in menu "Transfers" → "Transfer Archive".

Receipt

Step 1. Log in to Privat24 (www.privat24.ua).

Step 2. Select in a tab page “All services” a menu item "Transfers" → "Receive a transfer" → ”RIA”.

Step 3. Enter the tracking number of the transfer, the amount and choose the currency of the transfer.

Step 4. Select the card you want to receive a transfer to.

Step 5. The transfer is done!

How to receive and send money to PrivatBank self-service terminal?

Sending:

Step 1. Log in with a card.

Step 2. Select menu item "Banking services" → "Send money transfer" → "RIA".

Step 3. Fill in the fields required by the selected transfer system.

Step 4. Choose the method of payment for the transfer. Take in the cash or choose payment with a card.

Step 5. Done. Your transfer has been sent. Receive the tracking number of the transfer, which is to be notified to the recipient. You can print a check.

Receipt:

Step 1. Log in with a card.

Step 2. Select menu item "Banking services" → "Receive money transfer" → "RIA"

Step 3. Enter the tracking number and the transfer details.

Step 4. Select the card you want to receive a transfer to.

Step 5. The transfer is done!

How to receive a transfer in the ATM of PrivatBank?

Receipt:

Step 1. Log in with a card.

Step 2. Select "Additional Services" → "Money Transfers" → "RIA".

How to receive and send money by calling 3700?

Sending:

Step 1. Call by phone 3700.

Step 2. Contact the operator (figure zero in the dial tone after selecting the language).

Step 3. Inform the operator all the necessary data for the transfer.

Step 4. Tell the operator the OTP password, which was received to your mobile phone.

Step 5. Wait for the operator to confirm that the money were successfully written off the card.

Receipt:

Step 1. Call by phone 3700.

Step 2. Contact the operator (figure zero in the dial tone after selecting the language).

Step 3. Inform the operator all the necessary data to receive the transfer.

Step 4. Inform the operator on which card you want to transfer the money.
